It is going to be a pretty tough honeymoon.This weekend, Timothy Cole, of Batavia, NY got married for the second time to the same woman.
At the reception, Cole, 45, got into an argument with a wedding guest and the police were called to the scene.
When they arrived at the party, the officers recognized Cole from previous arrests. They also remembered that his bride had an outstanding order of protection against him.
Cole was arrested and charged with first-degree criminal contempt and was thrown in jail without bail.
