thief steals car to appear in court for stealing a car

Samuel Botchvaroff, 24, was required to appear in a California court last Tuesday to answer charges for auto theft. He had been arrested on October 31 for stealing a car.

Samuel knows how important it is to keep a court appointment, but since his car had been impounded, he had no transportation. So, in a stroke of classic genius, he stole another car to go to court.

Unfortunately for Samuel, he chose to steal a Range Rover that was equipped with LoJack (anti-theft GPS protection). So, shortly after his hearing for car theft, Samuel was pulled over by police and arrested for car theft.
