Last Thursday, a Flint, Michigan man was arrested after he reported that his car had been stolen by an armed thief.Strange. Why would the police arrest a man who had just been robbed?
Interestingly, the man said that he was robbed while attempting to purchase crack cocaine with his credit card. (Apparently, his dealer only took American Express?) That activity is stupid and illegal.
Equally stupid, the car that he reported stolen from him had also been stolen by him. The 2003 Chevy Malibu was listed as being stolen in Lapeer, Michigan-- with our credit-card genius already listed as the prime suspect.
The Genesee County Jail has a new resident.
