Free samples...ummm...yeah. Maybe they're trying to make more room in the landfill by giving away free samples...hmmm...Well you know they do say one man's trash IS another man's treasure. They could actually call the landfill "Abundant Treasures" and lure in more free sample takers...What d'ya think?
