K3 commandos successfully capture the wrong house

This week, a sqaud of commandos from Sweden's Life Regiment Hussars K3 (who are likened to the US Navy Seals) carried out a tactical training mission in Rojdafors, Sweden.

Their target was a designated, unoccupied house. The purpose of the practice was to gain experience in a quick, surgical strike.

The commandos launched their attack at night. Things went quickly and smoothly. They blew out the front and back doors and every window in the house.

Oops. Wrong house.

The house they were supposed to hit was 200 yards away. The house they accidentally attacked is an active residence. Fortunately, no one was home at the time, and no one was hurt.

A spokesperson for the army said, "We've already cleaned up after ourselves and we have, of course, contacted the owner. There's no hard feelings between us."

I guess they needed the practice after all.
