After I sent the completed questions to Amy, I had a few extra minutes due to a canceled appointment, so I completed the questionnaire a second time with my "real" answers.
Amy seemed to like my second answers better than the first ones I submitted. Blogweluv apparently chose not to print them. (for good reason)
